How to Prepare for Your Telehealth Appointment
A quick checklist to help you feel confident and ready for your session:
Before Your Appointment
1. Check your confirmation email. You’ll receive a link to join your video session when you book. No app downloads needed—just click the link at your appointment time.
2. Complete your intake form (if applicable). If it’s your first consult, please fill out any forms sent via email—this helps me prepare and make the most of our time together.
3. Jot down your goals or questions. Think about what you’d like to get out of the session. Got symptoms, questions, or challenges you want to explore? Make a quick list.
Tech Set-Up
1. Choose a device with internet – A phone, tablet, or computer will work
2. Headphones (optional) – For better sound and privacy
3. Check your internet – Wi-Fi or mobile data with a stable connection is ideal
4. Use Google Chrome or Safari for best performance
Your Space
1. Find a quiet, private spot – Somewhere you feel relaxed and can speak freely
2. Get comfy – A chair, a drink, and maybe a notepad for taking notes
3. Bring any helpful info – e.g. recent test results, food diary, supplement list
