2 celery stalks
2 tbsp smooth or crunchy peanut butter

Arrange raisins along the peanut butter to look like little ants.
Serve and enjoy!
Dietitian tips
Make it your own: Try cream cheese, ricotta or another nut or seed butter instead of peanut butter.
Get creative: Swap raisins for other dried fruit like apple, goji berries, blueberries or cranberries.
Little helpers: Let children spread the filling and arrange their own 'ants'.
Boost variety: Serve alongside yoghurt or fresh fruit for a more substantial snack.
